Stop here, decision made, hire Joey and his team. Joey is an amazing human being and he’s built himself an incredible company. A large hail storm decimated just about every roof in our community. Joey came out and after inspecting our roof, he sat down with me and explained the entire process of claiming the roof through our insurance. He then sat with me while I made the call to our insurance company so he could help me with all the information they were asking for - all without the knowledge that we would ultimately be choosing his company to do our roof replacement. I even had the pleasure of meeting his lovely wife when Joey got tied up at another appointment. She came out to show me the different shingle options and is as sweet as can be. Joey is knowledgeable, responsible, and very responsive. He came out to our house a couple of times to make sure all of our questions were answered before the work was started. During the actual roof replacement, he was on-site a large majority of the time and made sure his team was respectful and efficient. He came out the day after and did an extra nail sweep himself because he knew I was worried about my kids and dog possibly stepping on a nail. My husband and I very much appreciate how laid back and easy going he is. He never pushed or forced his business but rather was confident that he has a good thing going. We respect the hell out of Joey and his family and will he will always be the first guy we call if we ever have an issue with our roof in the future. Do yourself a favor and hire Double Down Roofing. The relief we felt after hiring Joey was enormous.
